Instructional design
Not all eLearning course designs are created equal, nor are the Instructional Designers who create them. At Motive Learning we pride ourselves in taking a creative approach to eLearning Instructional Design, continually looking for new and fresh approaches to incorporate pervasive storylines, plots and use of rich-media, to breath vibrancy and life into your eLearning courses.
eLearning course development
Our eLearning development team is comprised of specialists in graphic design, video production, audio editing, accessibility, and interactive media development. We use a variety of rapid methods, production software and course authoring tools to create rich-media eLearning courses that fit within your timeframe and budget. We also work closely with our sister group Seminars Express[link] to leverage professionally filmed ILT, seminars and training events, or converted training videos as additional source materials for your courses when appropriate.
Motive Learning LMS - Your Hosted Solution
After years of providing consulting services to manage and configure other third party systems, we built the Motive Learning LMS from the ground up with various real-life client needs in mind. We are pleased to say that we are now on our third release of our SCORM 1.2 conformant LMS. With up to five levels of secure access, users can be grouped to provide flexible management and control of enrollment, access and reporting on:

PDF SCORM Wrapper
Our team has developed this proprietary tool to create a SCORM 1.2 wrapper around any PDF document, whether it is a PDF of a presentation, Word document, evaluation form or any other document that you would like to track. The Motive Learning SCORM Wrapper for PDF’s works not only with our hosted LMS, but can also function as a stand-alone application for clients who want to track PDF documents in their own third party LMS. This simple tool is great for helping your LMS to track access, acceptance and completion type information for PDFs on a learner by learner, or group reporting basis.
